6 cups cooked jasmine rice
-
2 cups thai basil leaves
-
14 oz pan-fried tofu cubes
-

4 tbsp vegan oyster sauce
-
2 tbsp vegan fish sauce
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tsp dark soy sauce
-
1 tsp sugar
Preparation
Rehydrate the 100g dehydrated Aftermeats according to package instructions.
In a small bowl, mix together the vegan oyster sauce, vegan fish sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Set aside.
Heat a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Add a splash of oil, then sauté the sliced onions, minced garlic, and chopped Thai chillies until fragrant and onions are translucent.
Add the rehydrated Aftermeats and pan-fried tofu cubes to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until heated through and lightly browned.
Add the cooked jasmine rice to the pan. Mix well to combine with the other ingredients.
Pour the prepared sauce over the rice mixture. Stir-fry continuously to evenly coat the rice and ingredients with the sauce.
Stir in the Thai basil leaves and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
